Founding brokerage offer

Founding brokerages (the first 4 per state) pay this website monthly fee for their first 12 months from accepted production activation. CoverHome search license included.

$299 per month for a team or brokerage with 1–10 agents
$599 per month for a brokerage with 11–50 agents

Build fee and all other website rates: pending, quoted on request. After the first year, standard website rates apply (pending). Prices in USD before tax.
