A directory of the professionals your clients need around a purchase or sale. Find an inspector, lender, title and escrow provider, contractor, mover, stager, photographer or attorney by category and service area, then reach out directly.

How it works for agents
- Search the directory. Filter by category and service area to find approved professionals who work where your client is buying or selling.
- See the profile. Each listing shows the business, its category, its service area and how to contact it.
- Reach out directly. Contact happens between you and the professional. CoverHome does not book or dispatch work.
- You decide. You are never required to use a listed professional, and neither are your clients.
- Approved listings only. A professional appears in the directory after CoverHome approves the listing.
Categories include inspectors, lenders, title and escrow, attorneys, contractors, movers, stagers, photographers and other transaction professionals.
What stays fair
- No per-lead payment. CoverHome does not take a payment per lead, per introduction or per closing from any Trusted Pro.
- No bidding. Professionals pay a flat subscription or listing fee. They do not bid for leads.
- Featured is labeled. Paid enhanced positioning is marked Featured. It never changes which homes buyers see or which agent they choose.
- Not an endorsement. A listing is advertising and directory visibility. CoverHome does not require agents or consumers to use any listed provider.
For professionals
- Claim your profile. Search for your business or license, confirm it is yours and create your account.
- Get approved. CoverHome reviews each listing before it appears in the directory. Approval is a point-in-time eligibility review, not a guarantee or an endorsement of your work.
- Choose a plan. Featured is open to every category.
Disclosures
Trusted Pros is a Professional Advertising & Directory product with fixed annual fees. The fees are for advertising, directory visibility, technology and platform services actually provided. They are not based on referrals, applications, transactions, loans, settlements or closings.
A listing does not constitute an endorsement. CoverHome does not require agents or consumers to use any listed provider, and consumers remain free to choose any provider.
