License CoverHome's home-fit search for your brokerage's own website, in place of a bed-and-bath-count search. Subscribers get a better deal on licensing CoverHome search for their websites. Founding Brokerages get the website license included for the first year, other subscribers get 20% off, and any brokerage can license at the standard rates without subscribing.

Annual fees are billed annually. Rates are launch rates (price version CH-LICENSE-2026-10-10-v5); a signed order locks the rate for its term.
Setup (one time, not discounted): Small brokerage managed setup $750; Standard, Growth and Scale managed setup $1,500 (first domain; additional domains are priced below).
Additional domains: $600 per year ($480 for eligible subscribers) plus $199 setup per domain, for same-entity, same-brand sites beyond the included domains.
A license is not a CoverHome subscription. The license lets you use CoverHome’s hosted home-fit search on your own website. A CoverHome subscription buys the separate platform services. You do not need a subscription to license. Founding Brokerages get the brokerage website license included for the first license year only, then the subscriber rate; the included license covers the brokerage’s own sites, not each affiliated agent’s personal site.
Subscriber discount (20% off the annual license and additional-domain license fees):
- Agents: a paid, active agent subscription (or solo broker-agent subscription for a solo broker). A free trial does not qualify.
- Teams: the designated licensed team principal holds a paid, active agent or solo broker-agent subscription.
- Brokerages: the same legal entity holds a paid, active CoverHome brokerage subscription. An employee’s own subscription does not discount the entity’s license.
- Founding Brokerages: the brokerage website license is included for the first license year, then the subscriber rate applies at renewal. Setup and additional domains are still charged.
- We confirm eligibility at signing and renewal. No discount on setup, taxes or provider fees, and it does not combine with other promotions.
Enterprise and MLS: custom quote for 501+ agents, multi-brand scope, and MLS or association deployments.
Not included: MLS/IDX rights, listing-data feed access, vendor approvals, taxes, premium maps or geocoding beyond stated allowances, CRM services and custom engineering. Your existing IDX subscription does not by itself give CoverHome permission to read or rank that provider’s data; permission is verified before activation. These rates cover CoverHome technology use, not listing rights, a new website, an MLS membership or ownership of the software.
After your request you receive a private link to pay online, and then the integration details. Availability, scope and fees follow the signed agreement.
