Subscribers get a better deal on licensing CoverHome search for their websites. Founding Agents and Founding Brokerages get the license free for the first license year and then renew at the 20% subscriber rate; other eligible subscribers receive 20% off the annual license. Managed setup is one time ($299 individual agent, $750 team or small brokerage, $1,500 Standard, Growth and Scale); additional domains $600 per year plus $199 setup. Brokerage Enterprise (501+ agents or multi-brand), MLS and association licensing: custom quote.

Request deletion of your licensing information
Enter the email you used on a licensing request. We send a confirmation link to that address only, acknowledge your request within 7 days and aim to finish within 30 days. Signed agreements and invoices may need to be kept for a stated period. Deleting information does not cancel a license.
We use the business contact details and information you submit to review your licensing request, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting license. Please do not include sensitive personal information or passwords. Unconverted requests are deleted after 12 months without substantive activity, or within 90 days after we close or you withdraw the request. Signed agreements and billing records are generally retained for seven years after the license ends or final payment, whichever is later. Limited records may be kept longer where legally required or subject to a legal hold. Backups expire within 90 days after deletion from active systems.
